April’s Interactive Bulletin Board!

Happy Earth Day Month! 🙂

For April’s interactive bulletin board, I really dove deep into my creativity (and my spring break time) and created an art piece to serve as the focal point of my Earth Day bulletin board (thanks to the help of my mom and sister).

This time I also added something different…QR-Codes. I use a QR-Code Generator to make these. Our school is 1:1 with technology, so I thought it would be a great expansion of interactiveness of the bulletin board.

Below are the following links that I feature with the QR-Codes:

    • Thanks for the question. Sorry for the delay. The cream squares are post-its for students to write their idea or comment. I used post-its so they could easily be removed to write on and then placed back on the bulletin board. The display was made to be interactive as students and teachers walked by.

    • Hello! Thanks for asking. I used tissue paper. I can’t remember how much, but I know it didn’t take too much, since the squares were small, so a lot went a long way. I used the end of the pencil twist method that is often used on pinatas.
